Amy Williams

Amy Williams is Head of External Communications at NHS Property Services, where she leads reputation management, media relations, stakeholder engagement and public affairs for one of the largest property owners in the UK. She has built her career helping organisations strengthen their reputation, build positive narratives, engage stakeholders and communicate effectively during periods of change. Her experience spans the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, ranging from think tanks to global outsourcing companies and across marketing, external and internal communications. Alongside her role in the NHS, Amy serves as a Magistrate, a school governor and Chartered Institute of Public Relations Panel Co-Chair.
