Cristina Macina

Cristina Macina has been Director of Corporate Affairs at Nestlé for Zone Asia, Oceania & Africa since January 2024. A passionate leader with more than 25 years of international experience, she is known for her collaborative approach, strategic thinking, and belief in the power of engagement & storytelling to build trust and drive impact. Prior to this role, Cristina was Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Director for Nestlé UK & Ireland, leading corporate media relations, digital communications, sustainability, and public affairs. After starting her career with WPP Group, where Cristina gained communications experience across industries including transport, telecommunications, and FMCG, she joined Nestlé in 2003 and has held a range of senior communications positions across global, regional, and market roles since.
