Cristina Macina

Cristina Macina is Director of Corporate Affairs for the Zone Asia, Oceania & Africa since January 2024, overseeing Public Affairs, Media & Social Media Communications and Employee Engagement across a zone spanning 112 countries. Cristina also serves as Council Member and Treasurer of Food Industry Asia. Prior to taking up this post, Cristina was Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Director for Nestlé UK & Ireland, leading strategy for corporate media relations, digital, sustainability, public affairs in the UK and Ireland. Cristina joined the Nestlé Group in Italy in 2003 and held several senior communications roles at the Global, European and market level. Cristina began her career in the WPP Group, one of the biggest communications groups worldwide, gaining experience across several industries from transports to TLC and FMCG.
