Matt Brown is Director of Communications and Corporate Affairs at TfL. He previously worked for the Mayor of London's press office, Barnardo's and the thinktank openDemocracy. He is Board Member at the Independent Press Standards Organisation and a recent Board Member of the PRCA. In 2020, he won the Mark Mellor Award for Outstanding Contribution to the PR Industry. In 2023 he was named In-House leader of the year, and in 2025 Industry Legend, in The Pros Awards, which celebrates the contribution of UK BAME comms professionals.
