Puja Darbari

Puja Darbari is a senior corporate affairs and communications leader with over 25 years' experience in public policy, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement. She is currently External Affairs Lead at Mondelez International. Previously, as Senior Vice President at the International Alliance for Responsible Drinking (IARD), an organisation supported by the world's leading beer, wine and spirits companies, she led communications and partnerships. During her tenure, she established a Global Standards Coalition of 90+ businesses and was awarded the Global Drinks Intel ESG Award 2024. Before IARD, Puja served as Executive Director of Strategy at Barnardo's and also held senior political communications roles including Press Secretary to the Leader of the Liberal Democrats. She holds an MSc from LSE and recently completed the Sustainability Leadership Programme at Imperial College.
