Sam Dowling

As the communications lead for London-based in-statute health body Londonwide LMCs, Sam manages messaging, strategy and influencing across all internal, member, corporate communications and public affairs channels.

Sam is an ex broadcast journalist for ITN and BBC, a former Parliamentary speechwriter, a reformed civil servant, and an experienced lobbyist working in a range of sectors including social enterprise, social finance, employee ownership, logistics and healthcare.
